Lets Talk

Programme Resources

Each 2-3 hour Let’s Talk session features an opening ritual, home practice review, and up to four interactive exercises centred on a learning theme. The Let’s Talk curricula include all the information needed to facilitate the sessions, including: a session outline, sample scripts and talking points, discussion questions, facilitation guidelines for each activity, and resources. There are also separate workbooks for caregivers and adolescents that feature handouts and space to write about their home practice assignments and goals. There’s also an implementation guide, fidelity checklists, and a pre- and post- survey to support facilitators and ensure quality control.

The Let’s Talk programme resources are freely available to all (Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License).
