The Highly Vulnerable Children Research Center strives to improve the lives of highly vulnerable children by:

researching the challenges these children face and evaluating potential solutions,
building programme capacity and encouraging evidence-based practice,
and working with policy-makers to promote effective social protection for this priority population.
